14. Which Judge?

I’ve been asked which judge will hear our case. The judge now assigned to the Chittenden County Superior Court is Ben Joseph. I have been told that he is a man of great integrity and is highly respected.

Paul Gillies assures me that there likely will not be a hearing. The judge will, likely, review the case and issue a summary judgment accordingly.

There is good reason to expect that this case will go to the Vt. Supreme Court. We have a great position and hope for a favorable decision at the Superior Court.
